TENANCY AGREEMENT

WHEREAS the LANDLORD confirms that he being the OWNER is legally competent to rent out _______________________________

with all necessary electrical fittings and fixtures therein. AND WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to let and the Tenant has agreed to take on rent the said “PREMISES”.
