do hereby on solemn affirmation, state as under:-

1. That I am Dir/Authorized person of the Company. That I have read and fully understand that the regulations of the Pakistan Defence Officers’ Housing Authority, approved by the Executive Board and I agree to abide by them.

2. The required registration fee is paid herewith and company agrees that it will not claim its refund in any case except only when company application for registration in Category ‘B’ (BEE) is rejected by the Executive Board.

3. That I fully understand that company registered in Category ‘B’ (BEE) shall not be entitled to the privileges of persons Registered in Category ‘A’ (AYE). I also understand that company will not be entitled for an allotment of plot in the Authority.

4. That in case of being registered in Category ‘B’ (BEE) the company agrees to fulfill all obligations on my part and agree to abide by all decisions of the Executive Board of the Authority and Rules and Regulations approved by the Governing Body and Executive Board.
